This notice describes the current public AI Business Brain website, including what is stored when you complete the audit.
What happens when you use this website.
Business Brain audit
Unfinished progress stays in this tab's session storage for up to 12 hours. Completing the questions does not submit the audit. The final step asks for your name, work email, company name, company website, and permission to save the responses and contact you about the audit. After you submit that form, the selected answer IDs, generated recommendation, contact details, consent text, and basic submission metadata are saved in the Supabase audit table shared with LeanOrchestr under the source ai-businessbrain. The recommendation is not displayed in the browser.
Cookies and analytics
The current site does not set an analytics or advertising cookie. Its hosting provider may process standard request information needed to serve and secure the site.

Changes and questions
No automatic deletion period is currently promised for submitted audit records. Keep the reference shown after submission if you may need to identify the record later. The audit consent covers follow-up about that audit; it is not newsletter or general marketing consent. This notice will change before any account, newsletter, or measurement tool is introduced. Hosting request data
The site is hosted on Vercel. Vercel states that its services process request and service information such as IP address, timestamps, browser and device details, diagnostics, and security data. Review the Vercel privacy notice for its current practices.
Audit contact form
The audit asks for contact details only after all questions are complete. Those details are used to identify the company, review the submitted audit, and follow up about it. The separate contact page still links to LeanOrchestr and does not collect a second message on this domain.
AI Business Brain does not use the public site to upload company documents, connect a workspace, or operate a customer Business Brain. Those activities require a separately scoped system and privacy review.
